CRElA will help you install your automation equipment quickly and cost-

effectively, with minimal disruption to your business. Professional

technicians are dispatched to the customer's production site for operation

education and training, so that all production problems can be solved in a

timely manner.

Handling customer feedback

We provide 7x24 hours telephone communication service, insist on giving

the processing opinion within 3 hours after receiving the information of

user's fault report, and arrive at the customer's site for maintenance with  in

24 hours. During the warranty period, we are responsible for repairing and

replacing the damage caused by product quality problems.

Equipment tracking visit

Regular visits to understand the operation of automation equipment in the

actual production process. Timely discovery and help users, to solve the

automation equipment in the actual use of various problems encountered in

the process.
